Dr. Christina Fox
Managing Partner
Christina has over 20 years of global experience working in various roles in learning and development, leadership and organizational development, team cohesion and organizational culture. Her most recent role was working as an internal consultant for Genentech / Roche where she helped to architect the strategy and ambition for people and culture. She has over ten years experience in the biotech field and she worked in consulting and learning development roles at Uber, McKesson, DHL Deutsche-Post, and Emerson Consulting.
Christina is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Executive Coach who focuses on positive psychology and strength-based development. She is certified and has in-depth experience in a multitude of assessments and instruments including the Integrative Enneagram, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Brene Brown’s work on trust, just to name a few.
She graduated with a 4.0 GPA when earning her Doctorate of Education from the University of San Francisco.
Her dissertation is on distance and online learning. She holds a Master’s in Career Development from JFK University where she was awarded a research grant for her thesis on Generation X in the workforce. Christina graduated cum laude from Skidmore College with a double major in French and English literature.

Marjorie Singer, M.A.

Marjorie Singer has over 20 years of experience training, facilitating, and coaching in diverse industries including biotech, healthcare, IT, education, finance, government, and the nonprofit sector in both the U.S. and abroad. Marjorie has a Master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
Marjorie uses a client-centered approach to coaching that provides clients the space for career exploration, transition, and deeper self-awareness. She helps leaders to connect their style to inspire, motivate and support their teams.
Before starting her own coaching and consulting business in 2002, Marjorie worked as a program manager, a research associate, a diversity trainer, and in a variety of positions in global health. Her passion for travel, cross-cultural experiences, training, facilitation, and coaching developed while living and working in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caucasus.
Today, Marjorie trains and coaches employees at Genentech as well as companies throughout the Bay Area, the U.S., and abroad. She designs and facilitates workshops and develops long-term relationships with clients.

Knute Kallander, M.S.

Knute Kallander is a coach and facilitator with over 20 years experience providing leadership development and communication training to over 10,000 managers, directors and sales associates in diverse industries such as biotech, technology, banking, real estate, manufacturing, media, higher education, and non-profit. He has coached over 300 employees who were in transition from being individual contributors to becoming department heads or team leaders.
Knute has devoted his career to finding out why some organizations are run so poorly while others create an atmosphere of trust, loyalty and fulfillment. As a coach, trainer, sales leader and communications consultant
he has helped 100’s of companies find and leverage their strengths while implementing programs that address their challenges.
Knute has a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Behavior, and he is a
New Ventures West Certified Coach.
